Where can I use the commercial after I purchase it?
Although we do use broadcast tv standards, these spots are created for social media or website use. If you would like your commercial to be "broadcast TV ready" with proper spec requirements, please inquire and we can modify it for a small fee.
Once I've ordered my video, what is the turn around to get my commercial?
Once we receive your payment and logo (transparent background .png) along with information that our production team requires, we will have your commerical up for preview and download within 5 business days or sooner.
Can you come to our location to film our own staff to use in the commercial?
Yes, we are a full fledged video design business and can travel to your location to shoot footage of your staff or anything you've requested to be used in your commercial. Additional production and editing fees apply.
Can I have exclusivity to the commercial for my market so none of my competitors can purchase it?
Yes, this will require a location licensing agreement. Additional fees apply.
Can you incorporate my pictures or videos that we provide in the commercial?
Yes. Our production team will need to re-edit the commercial in it's entirety. Additional production rates will apply. Keep in mind any media you send us must meet our minimum broadcast standards.
Once I receive the commercial, how do I put it on social media and website?
We will provide an instructional video that will help you through the process. As for your website, we recommend you work with your website hosting company.
Do you have any more videos besides the ones shown here?
We are currently producing additional videos for air conditioning, plumbing and electrical. Stay tuned, we will let you know when they become available.
